Superheroes (general)
42 videos in the corpus, 23 from WatchMojo and its sister channels and 19 from competitors. 43 comments mention it, 30 of them unprompted.
Where this subject stands
Each signal is a 0-100 rank against the 262 subjects measured in this run. The combined score weights them 30% demand, 25% momentum, 25% opening and 20% fit.
Momentum at 51 of 100 is not rising fast enough to call now, and too few dated comments on older videos to read a late share. It waits for its moment in the cycle.
Demand is the strongest of the four signals here at 78 of 100, and opening the weakest at 38, both ranked against the 262 subjects in this run. Where an opportunity has been written for this subject, its caveat names the weakest signal or a judgment risk.
The counts each signal was built from
Nothing here is a judgment. Every figure is counted from the uploads and comments collected, grouped under the signal it feeds.

Lifts compare the last 14 days with the 60 days before inside one collection run, as shares of everything published or commented in each window, so a subject with two uploads can show a large lift on a small base. Indexes are views over the channel’s own median for the same type, on videos at least three days old, which is what lets a small channel’s breakout show up next to a large one’s.
Opportunities that name this subject
An opportunity is a person's call, written against the signals above and citing the comments and videos it was read from.
No authored opportunity names this subject yet
The signals above are measured either way. The call is what a person adds, and none has been written for this one.
WatchMojo and sister channels on it
Newest first: the newest 20 of 23 owned uploads on the subject, 20 of them from the main channel. The index is views over that channel's median for the same type.
Competitor videos beating their own median
No competitor video on this subject ran at 2x or more its channel median. These are the most viewed competitor videos on it instead, 6 of 19 competitor videos in the corpus.
In the audience’s words
Public comments that name the subject, unattributed and never paraphrased. Likes are the engagement each comment earned under its video.
Raised unprompted
The subject brought up under a video that was not about it, which is the cleanest demand signal a comment corpus gives.
There was never super hero fatigue. There was bad movie fatigue.
Spiderman is the most relatable hero ever. Anyone can relate to him and can see a part of themselves in spiderman. Thats the main reason he is the greatest superhero of all time
It's fascinating to hear the Russo Brothers reveal that the biggest "Civil War" actually happened behind the scenes at Marvel HQ. Watching this 10 years later, it's clear that their refusal to take the easy way out is exactly what turned a standard superhero movie into a masterpiece of storytelling. 🥰
There's no super hero fatigue. There's 1) good movies, 2) there's poorly written movies, and 3) there's movies where the actors/actresses alienate the audience before the movie is even released. 2 and 3 often go together.
I just came from seeing this about two hours ago! This was a good movie not a good superhero movie a good movie with superheroes in it! The last one was better with the action and the characters but this one here was a good movie! I almost cried about three times(don't tell nobody😂!).
Super hero fatigue is not a thing. The fatigue was over all the terrible green screen/chi, lazy writing, and convoluted storytelling that we've been subjected to for the last few years. Brand new day is a great story that is not overly complicated and the movie looks fantastic!
Signal scores are percentile-style ranks across the 262 subjects in this run, not absolute measures: a demand of 90 means nine subjects in ten drew less conversation, not that nine viewers in ten want it. Comment counts come from the top-sorted comments sampled under our own cap per video, 13,584 counted of 15,432 collected, so every count on this page is a floor and never a video’s total. A comment or video is matched to this subject by its title, tags and text against an authored alias list, so the subject can be over-counted where an alias is broad and under-counted where the audience uses a name the list does not know. Competitor supply covers the 15 competitor channels collected, not YouTube as a whole, and everything here is a single collection on 2026-08-27: lifts compare windows inside one snapshot, not two runs.
